Tigersharks changing of the guard

As another academic year comes to an end Tigersharks find themselves loosing yet another batch of talented and academically astute swimmers.

Current Club Captains Jacob Roberts and Sophie Hawkins have achieved great results in their A levels and both are now moving on to their choice of University.

Jacob will be starting a Media Technology degree at The University of Mid Glamorgan and Sophie starts a Criminology degree at Plymouth University. Tigersharks will miss both of these swimmers tremendously for both their swimming abilities and the fantastic work they have done within our club.

As they move on they hand over the Club Captain reins to two equally motivated and talented club members. Thomas Howitt and Michaela Boniface will commence their role as Tigersharks Club Captains from September 2011.
They both have a hard act to follow but we have no doubt they will both make outstanding Club Captains.

Other swimmers starting university this year are Sam Clayton who is going to Birmingham University taking BSC Economics, Tom Ryczanowski begins his university years at The University of Bristol taking Computer Science and Andrew Hitchcox will be starting at Chester University studying Geography.  

Tigersharks wish all of our swimmers moving onto university the very best of luck and we look forward to seeing them during the holidays.
