Tigersharks Shine for Sx3 at National Age Group Competition

Tigersharks swimmers performed very well at the recent National Age Group competition at Ponds Forge. Competing under the Sx3 banner the four girls enjoyed a great week of swimming.

Aiko Takahashi (13) had a slow start to her week with her first swim in the 200m IM but proved her worth in her following swims. The 200m Backstroke, 100m Butterfly and 100m Backstroke were all fantastic swims.
Following her performances Aiko was selected for British Swimming’s Level 1 England Talent Development Camp.

Aiko was then joined by team-mates Rebecca Flack, Abigail Davidson & Rebecca Cook for the 4 x 100m Medley Relay. Aiko on the Backstroke, Rebecca Cook, Breaststroke, Abigail Davidson, Butterfly and Rebecca Flack the frontcrawl. The girls swam an outstanding race.
