Aiko Takahashi notched up six Long Course National times in the 100m & 200m Fly, 100m & 200m Back & 200m & 400m IM. She bagged a total of 3 Silver and 3 bronze medals and an overall 5th place in the BagCat competition. Momoko Takahashi also had an outstanding outing claiming a Silver medal in the 200m Fly and Bronze in the 400m IM. She also made the final in the 100m Fly & 200m IM and was place 8th overall in the Bagcat table. Rebecca seemed to be the name of choice as Rebecca Cook, Rebecca Maddocks and Rebecca Flack all swam superbly well. Rebecca Cook featured in the 100m & 200m BR final, Rebecca Flack in the 100m BR final and Rebecca Maddocks in the 200m BK and 200m IM final. Rebecca Maddocks also claimed 5th place overall in the BagCat competition. Abigail Davidson produced an outstanding 100m Fly to just miss out on the Bronze medal and take a creditable 4th place in her final. Samantha Reeves and Megan Campbell also produce stunning PB’s over the Long Course pool.

The Boy’s competition saw numerous outstanding performances. Daniel Jones made finals in the 100m FC, 100m & 200m BK, 200m & 200m Fly. He also snatched 5th place overall in the BagCat competition. Conor Keye and Craig Harris put in fantastic swims to final in their favoured events, 100m BR and 100m BK respectively. With both boys’s competing very well in their other events throughout the two weekends. Ross Kennedy who has just turned 10years swam superbly in the 100m & 200m Fly making the final of the 100m event. Matthew Magness put in some outstanding performances improving his LC times by enormous margins. Jake Hancock, Oliver Howitt, Sami Donmez, Alex Eburne and Elliot Willoughby all swam too great PB times in all of their events.
